Crockpot Lil Smokies and Cheesy Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 (14 oz) package Lil Smokies sausages
4 cups frozen diced potatoes or hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the diced potatoes, Lil Smokies, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and spread it out evenly.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is hot and creamy.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of cooking and cover until melted.
