📝 Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar (optional, balances flavor)
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 200 g plain yogurt (or milk)
  • 300 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 150 g ham, diced
  • 120 g cheese (mozzarella, gouda, or emmental), cubed or grated
  • 1–2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a round pan (22–24 cm).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and sugar until light.
  3. Add oil and yogurt, mix well.
  4. Sift in flour + baking powder, stir just until smooth.
  5. Fold in zucchini, ham, cheese, and herbs.
  6. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
